Cheesecake tastes good to everyone, not only from Christmas. With the recipe you will succeed every time.

Peaches contain large amounts of fibre. They also have a diuretic effect, which helps to purify the body of toxins. Thanks to their potassium content, they help to fight fatigue, cramps and dizziness.

Ingredients for the bottom:

  • 170g biscuits with vanilla or chocolate flavour
  • 70 g of molten butter

Ingredients for cheesecake:

  • 500g semi-skimmed curd cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 glasses of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of potato flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 300g canned peach

Preparation:

Crumble biscuits with a blender and add to the previously melted butter. Mix the ingredients so that wet sand is formed. Leave the cake tray on the bottom of the cake mixture. Blend cheese, eggs, aroma and potato flour smoothly and pour on the prepared bottom. Cut the peaches into strips and decorate the top of the dough with them. You can also add raisins or strawberries.

Bake the dough at 180 degrees for 60 minutes. After baking, let the dough cool down and put it in the fridge for about 12 hours.
