An ideal dish for breakfast, when we have a slower day. Its preparation does not require much work, and the necessary ingredients will surely be in every fridge. While eating, you can dip a slice of good bread in liquid egg.

Paprika is a source of flavonoids, provitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C and potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. Red varieties have a higher content of dyes, including valuable lycopene.

  • 2 coloured peppers
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • pieces of any sausage
  • finely chopped yellow cheese (prosciutto and goat’s cheese for me)
  • salt, pepper to taste

Pour boiling water over the peppers and cut them in half to form vegetable “moulds”. Ingredients: combine cheese, ham, onion and season to taste. Place the stuffing in peppers and gently place a raw egg on top. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees, making sure that the egg yolk is liquid.
