Once popular chocolate cake. Many may be associated with the taste of childhood. Simple to prepare and always good.

Chocolate contains more than 600 substances that have a positive effect on health. Thanks to them chocolate has numerous properties and nutritional values. They protect against diseases, stimulate the immune system and improve mood.


  • 1 cube of margarine
  • 1,5 glasses of sugar
  • 4-5 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • 1 aroma for the dough (e.g. rum)
  • 2 glasses of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder


In a pot melt the butter cube, add cocoa, sugar and water. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously. Pour half a glass over the topping. When the mass has cooled down, add flour, egg yolks, baking powder, aroma and mix until the ingredients combine. Whisk the egg whites rigidly and add to the mass, mix.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes. When the dough has cooled slightly, pour the chocolate coating onto the dough. You can also decorate it with coconut chips, raisins or a colourful sprinkle.
