Chocolate and caramel in one is a combination that no one can resist. Super chocolate cookies are delicious but simple and quick to prepare.

Chocolate contains more than 600 substances that have a positive effect on health. Thanks to them chocolate has numerous properties and nutritional values. They protect against diseases, stimulate the immune system and improve mood.


  • 3 and 1/2 glass of wheat flour
  • half a glass of sugar
  • baking butter or margarine cube
  • 3 teaspoons of cocoa
  • 2 plates of your favourite dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of soda
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • fudges (as many as there will be cookies)

Grind the butter with sugar until uniform mass is obtained. Then add the egg and cocoa to it and stir everything together again. In a large bowl, mix flour, soda and a flat teaspoon of salt. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces. Add dry ingredients to a bowl of butter, stirring at the same time. Add shredded chocolate.

After mixing all the ingredients thoroughly, form a medium sized ball, flatten it and press the crushed fudge into the centre. Form a slightly flat ball, closing the fudge tightly in the middle. Leave on baking paper, leaving a long distance between cookies, as they will grow about 100% of their original size during baking.

Bake in 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Immediately after baking, the fudges will form a delicious, stretching caramel. When cooled, they will be an equally tasty caramel filling.
