Making gingerbread for Christmas is a pleasure for all household members. You can prepare them with your children or invite your friends to decorate them together. Great fun is guaranteed!
Honey strengthens the heart, soothes nerves, revives the brain, heals wounds. It has antibacterial properties (some bacteria fight better than antibiotics). Honey also works well as a cosmetic.
- 4 glasses of wheat flour
- half a cube of margarine
- 2 eggs
- half a glass of sugar
- 4 tablespoons gingerbread seasoning
- 3 tablespoons of baking powder
- honey in any quantity
- Several spoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of grain coffee
All dry ingredients: flour, sugar, gingerbread spice, baking powder and coffee pour on the top. Add margarine to them and chop into small pieces with a knife. Add honey and eggs. When the dough is too thick, add a little water. Knead everything together. Place the crumpled dough in the fridge for a few minutes to cool down slightly. Then roll them out and cut out your favourite shapes using the moulds.
Spread the gingerbreads on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Decorate the cooled dish as you like.
