Apples are available all year round. It is worth taking advantage of this at every opportunity, but especially during the season. A quick recipe for cocoa apple pie can be a great idea to use these fruits.
Cocoa beans have numerous nutritional values – they are a source of vitamins, microelements and healthy fats. Cocoa and other cocoa bean products are a treasury of antioxidants, mainly polyphenols.
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass + 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 4 apples
- half a glass of sugar
- half a teaspoon of soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

During this time, whisk the eggs and half the sugar to a homogenous mass and mix flour with baking powder, soda and cocoa. Then add the rest of the sugar, flour with the remaining dry ingredients, eggs and oil to the apples. Mix everything thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Pour the prepared dough into a batter greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake without thermo-running in 175 degrees for about 45 minutes. After baking and cooling you can sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar.
