Ginger and cinnamon are two ingredients that are commonly considered therapeutic. The healing properties of ginger are used in Asia, where it is a basic addition to dishes and a medicine for cold.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • whole cinnamon
  • ginger
  • honey
  • 2-3 bags of Earl Gray tea

Preparation:

Wash the apples and cut them into small pieces. Add to the pot together with cinnamon and boil with 1.5 litres of water. When the water starts to boil, add the sliced ginger root. Leave on fire for another 2-3 minutes. After this time, when the water stops boiling, add the tea bags.

Wait about 5 minutes for tea to brew. At the end of the bed with honey 2-3 tablespoons. Ready!
