Instead of traditional Christmas gingerbread, it is advisable to prepare a tart with a wonderful spicy aroma, broken fig jam and sweet chocolate. It is not only tasty, but also delights with its appearance. It will surely impress Christmas guests!

Figs are the treasury of strengthening calcium bones. They have it almost as much as a glass of milk. They are also the best source of fibre of all dried fruits. They are also rich in potassium pressure reducing and magnesium stress relieving.


  • 250g wheat flour
  • 125g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of gingerbread spice
  • a pinch of salt

Additional ingredients:

  • jar of fig jam
  • chocolate pudding
  • milk


Knead the dough from the given ingredients and put it in the fridge for an hour. Then roll it out, place it in a grated baking tin, pierce the top with a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. When the dough has cooled down, put a thin layer of fig jam on it. Boil the pudding as described on the packaging. When the pudding is ready, pour it out and spread evenly on the jam. Set aside in a cool place for a few hours until the pudding is cut.
