Barbecue dessert? Why not! A simple and super tasty sweet grilled peach dessert is a great idea for a pleasant end to your evening outdoors.

As an addition to peaches, ice cream, favourite cheese, e.g. mascarpone or cooled Greek yoghurt, just like in my case. They can also be sprinkled with nuts, almonds or chocolate. And a delicious dessert ready!

Peaches support the kidneys, help to combat anaemia and constipation. Peaches consist of 90% water. Thanks to this, they have a diuretic effect and purify the body of toxins.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 peach per person.
  • Mascarpone cheese or Greek yoghurt

Preparation:

Remove the peaches from the syrup and put a hole down on the hot grill. Occasionally rotate to make them brown on each side. Grill for 7-10 minutes. Put the mascarpone, ice cream or yoghurt in place of the stone.
