Shrimps are perfect in any form. King prawns are ideally combined with aromatic garlic butter and parsley. You can serve them with a crispy baguette and drink cooled white wine.
Garlic is a natural antibiotic, inhibits bacterial growth, fights infections and lowers blood pressure. It contains flavonoid compounds, amino acids, saponins, sugars, mucous compounds, vitamins (B1, B2, PP, C, provitamin A), mineral salts (potassium, calcium, magnesium) and rare microelements (cobalt, chromium, nickel).
- 6-8 royal shrimps and prawns
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a hint of chilli pepper
- salt, pepper to taste
- lemon to be administered
First rinse and clean the shrimps. You can also leave them to peel on a plate, just like I do. You can then use the extra towels at the table. Add butter to the pan and fry finely chopped garlic on it. Then add shrimps and fry each for about 2 minutes on each side. At the end of frying add parsley, you can also pour a little bit of white wine. Season with salt, chilli and pepper. Serve with fresh baguette or on lettuce, decorate with slices of lemon.
