Light, summer salad with nectarines, prosciutto, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and honey dressing served on Roman lettuce is an ideal idea for an open-air picnic snack.
Nectarines are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin C, vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium and copper. They provide vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin K1, as well as minerals: zinc, magnesium, manganese and iron.
Ingredients:
- 3 mature nectarines
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 large mozzarella ball
- 6-8 slices of prosciutto ham
- romaine lettuce
- 1/4 glasses of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Wash and dry fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut the nectarines in eight, getting rid of the seeds and place them on the lettuce. Put the ham on top, half sliced tomatoes and mozzarella torn into smaller pieces. Pour olive oil, honey and a pinch of salt over the dressing.
