Japanese pasta udon is a great basis for creating a quick and simple dish with an oriental flair. The recipe comes with ginger and delicate pork.
Ginger is widely regarded as a therapeutic agent. Healing properties of ginger are used in Asia, where it is a basic addition to food and medicine for cold.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of successful pasta
- pork tenderloin
- 1 can of mung bean sprouts
- ginger root
- 2 shallots
- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- juice from 1 lime
- chilli peppers
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seed
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Cut the pork into small strips. In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, lime juice, finely chopped ginger and a few hot chili peppers. Leave for about 20 minutes. During this time cook the pasta according to the recipe on the package. Then cut the shallots and add to the pork bowl.
Fry the pork and shallots in a hot frying pan. Finally add the boiled pasta, mung bean sprouts and sesame. Season and fry for a while more.
