It’s easy to do and a tasty snack. Ideal for picking up lunch at work or eating salad at home. It can be served hot and cold.

Olive oil contains many vitamins. It has a beneficial effect on health. It contains a small amount of saturated fats, but it is a component of omega 3 and omega 6 unsaturated fatty acids. They lower the level of the bad and raise the level of good cholesterol.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g bacon
  • packaging of green or black olives
  • 1 glass of wheat flour (wholemeal for me)
  • 1 large onion
  • dried tomatoes
  • cheddar type cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cut all ingredients into cubes and mix together with eggs, oil and flour in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Put the mixture into a pâté tin greased with butter and breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Slices of bread can be served warm, just after baking or cold as an addition to the salad.
