Manna groats belong to wheat groats and are obtained from common wheat, which translates into its calorific value and nutritional value. Manna groats contain small amounts of protein, fibre, B vitamins and minerals, among which phosphorus, iron and copper are the most abundant.
- 2 glasses of milk
- 1 glass of semolina
- 0,5 half a glass of orange juice
- 2 oranges
- sugar and grated orange peel to taste
Pour the milk into a saucepan. When the milk starts to cook, add manna groats, orange juice and peel and sugar. Cook over low heat until it thickens. After a while pour into bowls and decorate with pieces of oranges.
