A delicious and simple alternative to de volaille chops. It is also much leaner because it is made without extra fat and baked in the oven.
Loins and pork loins have numerous nutritional values. It is a good source of protein, B vitamins and some minerals. They also have relatively few calories.
- pork chops (2 pcs/person)
- canned pineapples
- Parma ham
- favourite spices to taste (oregano, chilli, sweet pepper, salt, pepper)
Break pieces of pork loin into about 5 mm thick and place two next to each other, putting one on top of the other for about 2-3 cm. Then place 2 slices of Parma ham, a few pieces of pineapple, brie cheese and walnuts on them. Roll all together in a roulade, remembering to hide the edges inside. You can tie the roulades with a string or pierce them with a shashlik stick so that they do not disintegrate during baking.
Sprinkle the meat with your favourite spices and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 185 degrees. Before serving, take out the sticks and cut them into pieces about 2-3 cm thick.
