Cocoa is a treasury of antioxidants that prevent many diseases as well as substances that calm and improve mood.
Ingredients:
- 250g wheat flour
- 200 g of small sugar
- 4 eggs
- cube of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Ingredients for decoration:
- plate of dark chocolate
- coloured sprinkle
Preparation:
Dissolve butter in a pot and let it cool. Sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve. Whisk the eggs (egg yolk and protein) with sugar to a homogeneous mass. When this is achieved without interrupting the mixing process, add 1 tablespoon of flour and butter. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Divide the resulting mass into two parts. Add cocoa to one and mix. Grease the grandmother’s form with butter. First pour the cocoa mass (it is heavier) and then the white mass. Use a stick to make “esy floresa”. This will give you an interesting dough pattern.
Bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes. When the grandmother cools down, they decorate her with bitter chocolate dissolved in a water bath. You can also sprinkle it with coconut or coloured sprinkle.
