At least one donut must be eaten on Fat Thursday. We can do this without guilty conscience by preparing baked doughnuts with a hole made of wholegrain flour. They are tasty and much healthier than their traditional version. They will also work without holidays.
Note: You have to reserve more time for this recipe. The preparation process is long.
Ordinary doughnuts are usually made from white flour, which is of negligible nutritional value and is fried in deep frying fat. This makes them a source of trans fats, which increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases and numerous inflammatory diseases. However, donuts should not harm us if we reach for them only from time to time.

Cut out the shape of the rondelles with a large glass and glass. Put the pots on a baking tray and set aside for another 30 minutes until they grow again.
Then apply the remaining egg and bake in 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. When the doughnuts have cooled slightly, decorate them with icing sugar, lemon juice and water and sprinkle them with a coloured sprinkle. Ideal not only for fat Thursday!
