Not everyone likes fish soup, but salmon soup is a different thing. This soup with vegetables and delicious salmon fillet is delicate and should appeal to everyone. And it’s fast and simple.
Salmon in any form is a wealth of polyunsaturated fatty acids, including omega-3 fatty acids, which are extremely valuable for the body.
- salmon fillet
- 1 onion
- parsley root
- 2-3 carrots
- 3-4 potatoes
- 2 peppers (preferably in different colours)
- a glass of frozen green peas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- half a teaspoon of sweet pepper
- a pinch of hot pepper
- 4-5 grains of English herb
- salt and pepper
In a large pot melt the butter and throw chopped garlic, onion and paprika into it. Add a pinch of salt and fry until the vegetables start to blush. Then pour water over everything and add carrots, potatoes, parsley and allspice. Season with salt and pepper.
Leave it covered over low heat for about 12-15 minutes. During this time, dice the salmon fillet. After this time, add fish and green peas to the pot. Cook for 7-10 minutes more.
At the end season with peppers and pepper. It tastes great served with cream, dill and parsley.
