Contrary to appearances, white vegetable cream does not have to be bland. What counts are flavour-enhancing additives. The recipe contains dried tomatoes and an aromatic dill. This light version of soup-cream is not only tasty, but also healthy. It contains a lot of vegetables and thus: vitamins, minerals and fiber.
According to research, cauliflower has an anticancer effect. Moreover, cauliflower will help to protect against ulcers and help people with rheumatism.
Ingredients:
- semi-cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 3 potatoes
- 1 medium pore
- 2 roots of parsley
- 1 celeriac
- 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
- salt, white pepper to taste
Additional ingredients:
- dill
- a few dried tomatoes
Preparation:
Cut the leek and onion and put it in the pot. Fry on oil over low heat for about 10 minutes until softened. Then add peeled and chopped vegetables: cauliflower, celery, parsley and potatoes. Add water so that it covers the vegetables and cook for about 20 minutes. When the vegetables are soft and slightly cool like a soup, mix with a blender. Finally season the soup with salt and pepper. Before serving, add dried tomatoes and dill to break the flavour.
