A recipe for spring salad with fresh spinach, aromatic strawberries and full-flavoured pieces of fried beef.

Strawberries also contain numerous vitamins, especially vitamin C. They improve appetite, quench thirst, cure sore throat and hoarseness. They bring relief from disorders of the urinary system and improve digestion.

Ingredients:

  • half of the package of fresh spinach
  • cut of beef
  • 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
  • 1 onion
  • several strawberries
  • sprouts of broccoli

Ingredients for dressing:

  • 1/4 glasses of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of liquid honey
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • half a teaspoon of black ground pepper

Preparation:

Rinse and dry the spinach thoroughly. In a large bowl, add broccoli sprouts, sliced strawberries and finely chopped onions. Mix the dressing ingredients separately. Then dice the meat and fry in a frying pan with a teaspoon of oil for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Add warm beef pieces to the salad quickly. Pour the previously prepared sauce.

It tastes best with warm pieces of meat. If you don’t eat meat or don’t like beef, you can serve this salad with croutons.
