  • half of the chicken breast
  • 1 small ribbed celery
  • 1 apple
  • 10 seedless grapes
  • handful of walnuts
  • 2 handfuls of rocket or other salads
  • pepper, salt to taste

Ingredients for sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • lemon juice


Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and fry in a frying pan. Finely cut and mix all other ingredients. Add a tablespoonful of mayonnaise, a spoonful of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix until a dressing is created. After the chicken cools down, combine all the salad ingredients and pour dressing over it.
