Tea with citrus fruit, papaya and clove, prepared by yourself, is a pleasant ending of the day when we are greeted by gloomy autumn or winter weather. Properly prepared tea not only warms us up, but also improves immunity through the high content of vitamin C in oranges, lemon and lime. By the way, it will improve the mood and remind you of the flavours of summer.

Black tea has a high concentration of flavonoids – compounds that delay the aging process. They are able to capture free oxygen radicals and neutralize their effects.

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 lime
  • half a lemon
  • 1 can of papaya in syrup
  • carnations
  • 3 tablespoons of cane sugar
  • 2-3 strong black tea bag, express tea

Preparation:

Peel the orange, lemon and lime from the skin and cut into cubes. Boil about 1.5 litres of water and cloves in a pot. When the water boils, add citrus fruit, papaya with syrup and sugar. Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes more. After this time, turn off the cooking and add the black tea bag to the pot.

Wait about 5 minutes for tea to brew. Ready!
