Oat biscuits are a simple, quick and healthy snack. All you need to do is mix the ingredients for the dough and add your favourite additions such as linseed and cranberries.

Cranberry is a source of vitamin C, vitamins B1 and B2, mineral salts (calcium, phosphorus, copper and iodine), tannins, tannins, citric and malic acid. It also has an antibacterial effect.

  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • one and a half glasses of flour
  • 1 cup of dried cranberry
  • 1/2 cup of linseed
  • half a cup of semolina
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 100 g of melted butter (half cube)
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. If the dough is very dense, you can add a little water. Place your fingers or a spoon on the baking paper to give the cakes a round shape. Bake in an oven with thermal circulation at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
