Salmon Tatar is a perfect Christmas table for us. It can be enriched with dried tomatoes and chives. Salmon will be an interesting alternative to normal meat tartar.
Salmon is a very good source of wholesome protein (regardless of the type of breeding). The fish contains exogenous amino acids which are not produced in the body, such as leucine, isoleucine, valine and lysine.
Ingredients:
- fresh fillet of raw salmon
- smoked salmon
- a jar of dried tomatoes in brine
- chive
- spoonful of lemon juice
- oils
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
Clean the salmon fillet and cut into small cubes. Similarly, slice the smoked salmon. A small amount of it (about 1/5 of the amount of raw salmon) is enough to gently break the taste of the raw fish.
In a bowl mix salmon, finely chopped chives and dried tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of dried tomato sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.
Decorate the plate with chives, chopped olives and tomatoes.
